Accommodation
Our five executive rooms will provide you with all the comforts you deserve and after a scrumptious breakfast you’ll be ready to start it all over again! Your hosts will gladly assist you in planning your day or make dining arrangements and assure you of a memorable time at On the Spot B&B in St Francis Bay.
Our five Executive Rooms, two of which are inter-linking, ideal for families, consist of: King or twin beds, full en suite (bath & shower) with amenities, extra length beds, quality linen, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, pool/beach towels are provided, serviced daily, laundry service available, mini fridge, coffee/tea tray, beverages and snacks available, heater, remote controlled ceiling fan, digital safe, 32” flat screen satellite TV, allows maximum two people per room.
Breakfast
In the dining room a delectable breakfast is served and the adjacent lounge contains a coffee corner as well as a variety of books, magazines and games.
Facilities
At the reception desk, internet, copy, fax facilities are available at an additional charge. Maps, brochures and info material are also available. On the premises is a swimming pool, BBQ facilities, on site secured access controlled parking, children are very welcome. No pets allowed and the establishment maintains a strict no- indoor- smoking policy.
Activities and Attractions
Forget the big city crowds and enjoy excellent water-sport facilities. An extensive canal system is linked to the Kromme Estuary which stretches to the sea and beaches of gleaming sand. The privately owned commercial harbour has always held its charm and is home to a lucrative chokka industry of which most of the catch is being exported. Watch the activities of the fleet, pleasure crafts and ocean going yachts, while enjoying a succulent dish at one of the restaurants.
You’ll never run out of opportunities to enjoy the surroundings of St Francis Bay with its world class golf courses, Bruce’s Beauties- our best local surfing location, surfing spots also in Jeffreys Bay and Cape St Francis, the Billabong factory shop at Jeffreys Bay, climb up the Cape St Francis Lighthouse, which is a National Monument and visit the penguin rehabilitation centre, horse riding, game reserves, bungee jumping at the Bloukrans bridge, tree canopy tours at the Tsitsikamma National Park, 4 x 4 trails in the Baviaanskloof and the Addo National Elephant Park. |
