Ideally located in Main Road, Walmer, we are within a 15 minute drive from all major attractions. Whether your destination is the business district or local historical attractions or entertainment, they are all easily accessible. Our four star guest house welcomes you to a unique atmosphere where you will immediately feel comfortable and pampered. Secure on site parking is available and premises are under 24 hour CCTV surveillance. AccommodationWe have a total of 6 rooms, each one unique and individually decorated. All rooms are ensuite with own entrances, satellite TV (DSTV commercial bouquet, this includes 3 Super Sport Channels) hairdryer, fans, tea/coffee making facilities, safe and bathroom amenities. Each room has an area suitable for paperwork. Room 1 Moroccan Room Maximum guests: 2 + a camp cot, which can be provided on request. 1 x king size bed. The bathroom has a double shower and double washbasins. Room 2 Orchid Room Maximum guests: 4 2 x Ύ beds and a double sleeper couch. Ideal for a family or friends travelling together, who dont mind sharing. Shower in bathroom. Rooms 3 & 6- Ebony & Ivory Room / African Safari Room Maximum guests: 2 1 x double bed. Shower in bathroom Room 4 Baobab Room Maximum guests: 2 + a camp cot, which can be provided on request. The bathroom has a shower, spa bath and double washbasins. Room 5 - The Cottage Maximum guests: 4 - on either a B&B basis or self catering. 1 x double bed and double bunk beds, in two rooms. The bathroom (shower) is accessed via the room containing the double bunk beds. The Cottage is fully equipped as a self catering unit. It has a full size fridge/freezer, microwave & table top oven with 2 plates. Breakfast and DiningA scrumptious full English breakfast is served in the dining room or on the patio overlooking the garden and pool. Dinner can be arranged on request. We serve a hearty truly South African dinner farmhouse style. Non alcoholic refreshments are available. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town - N2 Take R743 off ramp, William Moffet/Airport.Turn right at robot, continue over large intersection (Cape Road) onto William Moffet. Take slipway left onto Main Road Walmer. Arrive at destination on left just past 13th Avenue. From Cradock / Grahamstown - N2 Take M4 Airport. Continue on Settlers Way keep to the right follow sign for Walmer. Turn right at robot onto Walmer Boulevard (M9). Continue along past 1st Avenue, road becomes Heugh, and turn right into 6th Avenue at robot. At next robot turn left onto Main Road, Walmer. Arrive at destination on right just passed 12th Avenue. From Port Elizabeth Airport Exit Airport: Left onto Allister Miller Drive (Becomes 3rd Avenue after crossing railway line). Left at robot onto Heugh. Right at robot onto 6th Avenue.
