ACCOMMODATIONWe offer clean and comfortable self-catering accommodation in 8 private rooms each with two single beds beds (queen size and double also available), shower-en-suite and kitchenette which is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, 2 plate stove, kettle, toaster and cutlery / crockery. Each room also has a ceiling fan, heater, TV with M-Net. A third fold-out bed can be added for a nominal charge. Wi-Fi is available designated areas. Internet is available in reception. The accommodation is set back from the road which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. Six of our rooms look out over the pool and braai (bbq) lapa area. A family unit with one queen size bed and a fold out couch is also available. SERVICE & FACILITIESRooms are serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays. We are a non-smoking establishment but guests who wish to smoke may do so in the braai (bbq) area. If you would like breakfast, we need to know one day prior to your arrival. The price for breakfast is not included in the daily accommodation rate. We are the closest guest house to the airport - but you do not hear the planes - they are landing on the opposite side from where we are and do not fly over our guest house. DIRECTIONS: Note Our address is 5 Third Avenue in Walmer (please make sure you select Third Avenue in WALMER on your GPS as we have four suburbs in Port Elizabeth which have a Third Avenue) If your GPS does not give you the choice you must rather enter HEUGH ROAD which intersects with Third Avenue. From the N2 From N2, Take M4 Settler's Way towards the City / Summerstrand / Beach / Walmer. M4 Settler's Freeway ends at a big intersection with a set of traffic lights. Turn right at this intersection into Walmer Boulevard. Follow Walmer Boulevard for about 3km. (you will pass the fire station on your left and then a Kwik Spar on the right a bit further along).Turn left into Third Avenue. Nr 5 (our Guest House) is on the left hand side - a white house with a red roof. Ring the bell at the driveway gate and we will open for you. From the Airport We are in the same road as the airport. As you exit the airport turn left. We are on the right hand side 0.3km away ps we do not have a noise problem with the aeroplanes).
