Home from home - and the sound of the sea, thrown in for free! Situated in Cannon Rocks and only a stones throw from the sea and 50 metres from the beach entrance. Fogy's comprises of a main house that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, and a garden cottage that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Cannon Rocks is situated on the Eastern Cape Sunshine Coast, about 10 minutes from Kenton-On-Sea, 25 minutes from Port Alfred and mid way between East London and Port Elizabeth. Fogys, as we call our holiday home, is located on the road immediately adjacent to the beach, in the quiet little village of Cannon Rocks, where you still enjoy unspoilt beaches, safe bathing, superb fishing and excellent surfing. ACCOMMODATIONThe accommodation comprises of a main house (Fogys) that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, and a garden cottage (Jaylyn) that can accommodate up to 4 guests. MAIN HOUSE - FOGYS Comprises of Open plan lounge with a lounge suite, mini hi-fi and TV (TV1/2/3 and e-TV) Dining room and fully equipped kitchen, which includes 2 fridge / freezers, a stove and a microwave. Cutlery and crockery for eight guests. The kitchen leads through to the scullery. A very spacious main bedroom leading on to the front veranda and garden via a sliding door, with a full en-suite bathroom, queen sized bed and lots of cupboard space. A second bedroom with double bed. A third bedroom with four bunk beds. Full second bathroom. A very cosy little pub leading off the living area and that has access to the front veranda and garden via a sliding door. The large braai area is partially covered and is linked to the back veranda and dining room. The braai area is also private and secluded, and sheltered from the wind. Fogys is very spacious, and therefore ideally suited for holiday accommodation for a large family or alternatively equally well suited for two smaller families. Entrance to the beach is about 50 metres from the front gate, and although one does not have a clear sea view, Fogys is within earshot of the sea. GARDEN COTTAGE JAYLYN Comprises of Large living area containing a double bed and two bunk beds, as well as a five seater lounge suite. Fully fitted kitchen, including a fridge / freezer and stove as well as a breakfast nook. Cutlery and crockery for four guests. En-suite bathroom. Jaylyn is ideally suited for a young family or two couples sharing. The front entrance leads onto the front veranda and garden, and is about 50 metres from the beach. ACTIVITIES & ATTRACTIONS The Addo Elephant Park is within easy reach as is the Shamwari Game Reserve Bushman's river mouth 7 km walkway trail through nature reserve 4.5 km walk to Diaz cross, passing a shipwreck Golfers - greens in Port Alfred and Alexandria |
