Rising out of the Karoo like an oasis, Darlington Lake Lodge is a quiet haunt nestled on the shores of the Darlington Lake and silhouetted against the backdrop of the Zuurberg Mountains. The Lodge, which is situated in the Addo Elephant National Park, boasts unique and exquisite fauna and flora of the region, including the rare Karoo Noors Cactus which is found nowhere else in the world. In an area that boasts among the most sunshine days in South Africa, Darlington Lake Lodge is a unique and worthwhile retreat. DIRECTIONS: By Air Port Elizabeth Domestic Airport Airstrip on one of the farms approximately 20 km from the lodge By Road From Port Elizabeth follow the N2 North until the Cloverleaf intersection. From there follow the N10 towards Cradock. After approximately 52 Km take the Anns Villa R400 to the left, for approximately 76 km of gravel road until you get to the Addo/Darlington Lake Lodge entrance gate.
