Cape Flame Guest House is located in the heart of Port Elizabeth’s beach front area and is within walking distance of the popular Hobie Beach, Board Walk Casino and Entertainment Centre, Bay World Oceanarium, many popular restaurants and bars and the 18 hole Humewood Golf Course.

Cape Flame Guest House consist of 10 en suite bedrooms. Each of the rooms has been uniquely appointed following a modern Africa theme; The fabrics, furniture, art and colours all reflecting the rich vibrancy of the continent.

ACCOMMODATION

The rooms come standard with a TV, telephone, minibar, air conditioning unit, thermostatic heating panels, under floor heating and ceiling fan. There is also a complimentary tea and coffee service tray in the room. Room decoration includes carefully chosen bedding to provide the most comfortable nights sleep for guests and includes Contour Executive king and queen size beds and the highest quality 100% percale cotton linen. TV channels include DSTV satellite and M-Net film channel as well as national channels and an in house movie channel. Room telephones have direct access to local and international calls and internet.

While six of the rooms are situated in the main building, the other four rooms located at the business retreat section with added benefits to frequenting businessmen such as mini kitchenette and microwave oven.

FACILITIES

Cape Flame Guest House offers an on site car port with parking for 10 guest vehicles, a swimming pool, a court yard for evening functions, an air conditioned breakfast and dining room, a Bar and Lounge with TV and back ground music.

DINING

Breakfast is served from 07h00 to 10h00 and consists of a full English breakfast, complimented by a self service fruit and cereal bar, Mediterranean style platter, assorted game sausage as well as tea and coffee. Complimentary 5 o'clock tea and coffee is served with delicious home made cakes and muffins.

The Gecko Bar serves bar food and snacks during lunch and dinner hours. You may order at the bar or order in advance. Lunch snacks are also served pool side. For guests wishing to dine in and enjoy a more sophisticated full course dinner which can be prepared by our chefs, please inquire for the ‘pre ordered dinner menu’ and inform the manager of your choice before 11h00.

BUSINESS CENTRE

There is a business centre at the reception area, dedicated to guest use. You may enjoy Internet access, printing, fax, photocopy, scan and digital picture taking and e-mail services in the business centre.

CONFERENCE CENTRE

The dining room is designed to accommodate meetings for up to 15 delegates. We provide digital projectors for power point presentations as well as TV, VCR, hi-fi, Auxiliary input and an Internet connection. Finger lunch, tea and coffee and soft drink service is provided during breaks.
