Overlooking Addo Elephant National Park, the only National Park in the world where the Big 7 (Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Southern Right Whale and Great White Shark) can be seen. Addo Afrique Giraffe Lodge boasts spectacular views and regular elephant and buffalo sightings, as well as resident wildlife like the Oryx, Springbok, Impala, Eland and many more game gracefully, meandering throughout the estate.

ACCOMMODATION

Tranquility Suite
The honeymoon tranquility suite has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi/spa bath and double outdoor shower. The bedroom boasts a king sized four poster bed. Sliding doors lead out to the decked balcony providing expansive views over the Addo Elephant Park. The room is on the first level of the lodge.

Serenity Suite
The serenity suite also referred to as "the view with a room" has an ensuite shower room and with a king sized bed and additional daybed offers itself well to couples with small children. The room is on the first floor of the lodge and opens out to a decked balcony.

Harmony Suite
The Harmony suite is situated on the bottom level of the lodge with sliding doors out to a private deck. The ensuite bathroom leads to an oudoor shower.

Breakfast

A full English or Continental breakfast is served on a Bed and Breakfast basis.

FACILITIES

Vast decked balconies at the lodge lead out to a private plunge pool - the perfect location to enjoy the sunset whilst experiencing the natural beauty and spectacular game viewing. The Giraffe Lodge has a spectacular boma or braai (barbeque) area from where you can just stare into the open fire or admire the beauty of the bright and clear stars at night. Laze on your own private deck, admiring the beauty of nature, whilst sipping on a sundowner cocktail, or opt for a Game Drive in the Addo Elephant National Park a mere 10 minute drive from Addo Afrique.

Addo Afrique is strategically located a mere 72km from Port Elizabeth, the start / beginning - or end of the Garden Route. For animal and nature lovers, Addo Elephant National Park’s main gate is less than 10 minute drive. Shamwari Game Reserve and Lalibela Game Reserve are also near by.
