Better star gazing than Sutherland, quieter than Poffadder, more laid back than Cape Town - this is the place to visit to recharge your batteries! Sunrise over the local dam is a must, as is a walk about town ( only takes about 15 minutes)!

Loxton is a charming Karoo town for those who want to get away from city life and have a quiet time in the middle of the Karoo. A place to explore the surrounding areas. A must place to visit. Various Guest Houses available, we went to the 4 seasons guest House - clean, friendly service.
