I have lived in Fontainebleau for over 30 years, this area in unknown, really a lovely area with lovely people, the properties are large 2000m2 going right up to 3700m2 in some places. Some of the homes are old, however large, the newer ones are also large, this area has great value if you are buying and prepared to spend a little on turning it into a modern property you will have a diamond in your hands. A lot of the Fontainbleau and Malanshof properties have already been transformed.
