Backpacking in Cape Town - A Travel Review
As a backpacker, the Cape Peninsula day tour was one of my favorite stops in South Africa: I got picked up at my lodge, or as I liked to call them (no matter which one I was at) my hovel away from my hovel and we went up the beach to Hout Bay harbour. Out the windows was a great view of the Twelve Apostles Mountains.

When we got to Hout Bay they gave us the option of taking a boat trip out to the Cape Fur Seal colony on Duiker Island at an extra fee which I decided to take and it was definitely worth the little bit of extra money.
