Upon our arrival we walked outside the airport building and I smelt that African air of which only if you have ever been to Africa will you know what I mean. The smell and the sunshine has something very special that welcomes you with open arms.

Monday morning we were woken up by the sound of the crickets and wood pigeons, a welcoming sound. The sun already beating down upon the patio and the kids wearing swimming costumes at 6am desperate to get into the water - our official first day of our holiday had begun ... continued » Our South Africa Experience
