The Zandvlei Recreational Park is an open water wetland that is bordered by the suburbs of Lakeside and Muizenberg. It includes rivers and an estuary, which make for very pretty surrounds. These backdrops provide the ideal settings for photographs, picnics, sports or simply spending time with friends and family. There are grassy areas that are fantastic for picnics and barbecues, or simply for lying in the warm summer sun and enjoying the fresh air.
