Sunset Beach is an exclusive upmarket estate where property owners are blessed with exquisite views of Table Mountain and Robben Island.

Sunset Beach is immediately to the north of Cape Town and the long, sandy, white beach is a favourite for windsurfers and kitesurfers. Besides its magnificent view, Sunset Beach is also well known for exciting activities, immaculate beaches as well as awesome waves. Security for properties in this area is excellent and central Cape Town is only 15 minutes away by car. Real estate and property in this area is very popular with foreign investors.

When Sunset is firing, usually in summer when the South- East blows, Sunset Beach produces the most unbelievable waves. It is therefore a hotspot for surfers, kitesurfers, kite boarding and boardsailing. Riding these large waves is only for the skilled and the brave.

The entire area between Sunset Beach and Bloubergstrand is one long stretch of white sand. Therefore, when Blouberg is too crowded, many head to the open spaces between these two beaches to enjoy tranquillity and perfect swimming.

From August till November months the whales make their way to this magnificent coastline and can sometimes be seen from Sunset Beach when they come to mate and calf. Sunset Beach is tranquil and an ideal holiday or home destination.
